This stuff is amazing, I cant recommend this stuff enough.
I took a full serving at 5:45am and had energy right up until mid-night, bear in mind I did work out three times that same day and go to my regular work as well (I am a junior computer technician). I only take this once per week, as I only hit the gym once per week, weight's that is, everything else is cardio.
